If you think a group training may be too general to reach your specific personal aims or if you do not have the time to follow a group course, an individual tailor-made course would be ideal for you. You can make great progress with only a limited number of lessons and specific self study tasks.

The James Boswell Instituut has a great deal of experience in individual language courses in all modern language, such as Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. If requested, we can also offer tailor-made courses in other languages too, for example in Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Swedish and Portuguese. These tailor-made courses can focus on the following skills: speaking, listening, reading, writing, spelling and grammar, vocabulary and presenting.

Besides, it is also possible to follow individual tailor-made courses in maths, chemistry, physics and biology.

Before you start: an admission procedure
Before you start an individual course, there is an admission procedure, which consists of a written part and a conversation with the teacher, who will determine your level. Subsequently, together with you we make an inventory of the situations in which you want to use the language. Based on your level, aims, wishes and possibilities, we propose your individual learning plan.
